City of Glendale Temporary Relocation from Open Ramp
In supporting the City of Glendale airport improvements, Glendale Hangars Management has made arrangements for current ramp lease tenants in good standing to utilize select Covered Tie-Down spaces for the duration of the project at no additional cost to tenants. There are a limited number of spaces available and all users must be approved by the City of Glendale. Once the ramp project is completed, tenants will be allowed a two week period to relocate back to the open ramp. Any tenant that would like to retain a space in the Covered Tie-Downs can contact Glendale Hangars Management to make arrangements.
Use of the Covered Tie-Downs requires signing the GHM Temporary Storage Permit 8.21 at no cost, and current City of Glendale Ramp Lease.
Per the Permit: Aircraft must be secured from three points at all times while unattended
Per the Permit: Aircraft are required to vacate the spaces within 14 days of the completion of work on the open ramp.
Tenants are welcome to use electrical in the Covered Tie-Downs and use of the GAHA Pilot Lounge in Delta Row (Door Code: 1215)

NOTE: PLEASE ONLY OPERATE AIRCRAFT ENGINES WHILE TRAVELING IN OR OUT OF THE RAMP TAXIWAY. NO POWER TURNS, ENGINE STARTS FROM IN THE COVERED TIE-DOWNS, OR POWERED TURN AROUNDS IN THE ROW. PLEASE TAXI IN, SHUT DOWN AND PUSH BACK, TIE-DOWN, PUSH OUT INLINE OF TAXIWAY, START AND DEPART. These procedures are for the safety of adjoining aircraft, operators, and to keep potential debris from blowing across aircraft or property.
